Tailored for larger organizations, ChemInventory's enterprice licensing options give you the flexibility to use our software on servers reserved solely for you or on hardware you control. A non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement is standard to further protect your intellectual property.

Enterprise licenses let you take advantage of the additional site management features available under site licenses. These include the ability for nominiated users to search across all labs under your license and generate regulatory reports for your organization.

Dedicated Cloud Servers

Our Dedicated Cloud plan is a private cloud installation where we provision dedicated servers in datacenters close to your organization, reserved solely for your use. Only your data is kept on these servers and all information is encrypted using the industry standard AES-256 algorithm.

For our dedicated cloud installations we maintain the provisioned servers for you, ensuring they remain up-to-date with all security patches and core ChemInventory updates. We fully back up your data every 24 hours and store encrypted replicas in datacenters across three global regions. You also have the ability to maintain separate backups if you wish.

For our dedicated cloud customers, we offer private customization services to make ChemInventory better suit your requirements.

NDA/CDA Protection

We can enter into non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements with Dedicated Cloud customers, if required, further protecting your intellectual property.

Data Isolation & Security

Only your data is stored on your Dedicated Cloud servers, and everything is encrypted using the industry standard AES-256 algorithm.

Fully Scalable

There are no limits on the number of labs, containers or users under Dedicated Cloud licenses. You also get 1 TB of file storage space.

Self-Hosted Option

If you would like to run ChemInventory on server hardware that remains under your control, our self-hosted license would be most suitable. Under this license type, you can use ChemInventory in any number of labs in your organization for a flat annual fee.
